La Sala de lo Social del Tribunal Supremo ha dictado una sentencia en la que fija como doctrina que la empresa, y no el trabajador,debe asumir el importe de la tasa que grava la renovación del Certificado de Aptitud Profesional (CAP) en el sector del transporte de viajeros por carretera, ya sea directamente o reintegrando su cuantía en los casos en que el trabajador lo haya abonado previamente.
