La Comisión Nacional del Mercado de la Competencia sorprende al sector con un informe que avala el intrusismo de las empresas de VTC, al considerar que los turismos pueden dedicarse al reparto de mercancías.
Tras el rápido pronunciamiento de la Comunidad de Madrid sobre este tema, la polémica parecía zanjada. Desde esta misma asociación, hace ahora sólo unas semanas, se felicitaba a la administración de la Comunidad por su rápida respuesta ordenando la suspensión del servicio de paquetería anunciado por una de las empresas más implantadas del sector de VTC
Esta medida, que supone, un respaldo al sector del transporte, en un momento especialmente complicado, se ve ahora empañada por la emisión por parte de CNMC de un informe que sorprendentemente avala una práctica que supone, un ataque frontal al sector en nuestra Comunidad.
En buena lógica, tal y como se señala desde la Asociación de Transportistas Autónomos (ATA), por ese mismo principio, las empresas de transporte, estarían capacitadas para realizar transporte de viajeros, algo que supondría, romper con todo el frágil equilibrio del sector.
El informe es, a juicio de ATA, una muestra más del desconocimiento y la escasa sensibilidad existente sobre nuestro entorno desde aquellas instituciones que pueden influir en nuestra actividad diaria
Para ATA, esta situación sólo puede calificarse como de acto de intrusismo profesional, con graves consecuencias económicas y profesionales en un futuro inmediato, abriendo una puerta más a la picaresca y el despropósito en las decisiones vinculadas al transporte dando un paso más en los procesos de precarización de la profesión.
