Con el objetivo de regular estos desplazamientos, las personas que realicen una viaje esencial deberán cumplimentar una declaración, disponible en la página web de la CETM a través del siguiente enlace: declaracion_belgica.pdf (cetm.es)
Cabe destacar que esta declaración es obligatoria con independencia de la duración del viaje, pero aquellos que viajen con regularidad, como puede ser el caso de los conductores profesionales, solo deben cumplimentarla una vez. Desde la CETM recuerdan que los profesionales del sector están exentos de realizar cuarentena y pruebas Covid-19, al tratarse de una actividad laboral. Sin embargo, continúa siendo obligatorio el registro para los casos en los que se vaya a permanecer más de 48 horas en Bélgica. Este formulario, denominado, Passenger Locator Form, debe cumplimentarse aquí.
Toque de queda
Por otra parte, existe un toque de queda en las regiones del país, pero los conductores profesionales pueden ejercer su actividad durante este periodo siempre y cuando puedan demostrar el motivo de su desplazamiento mediante, por ejemplo, el CMR.
Los horarios establecidos para el toque de queda son:
- Flandes: 00:00 a las 05:00 horas.
- Bruselas: 22:00 a las 06:00 horas
- Valona: 22:00 a las 06:00 horas.
